Return

Make a return from mainland France within 15 days maximum from the date of delivery.

(Please note that no returns will be accepted via the SO Colissimo relay point network, even for orders initially delivered in this way. All returns must be made by post).

1. You can only proceed with the return via La Poste by franking your return by Letter Followed for light packages and less than 2 cm thick (those which were delivered to you in a bubble envelope).

2. Any return must include the delivery note initially present in your package (a photocopy if necessary).
