What is the return policy
Returns are the responsibility of the Customer. The Customer must ensure that they keep the tracking number in order to follow the delivery of the returned product to the premises of Cosmogonie Paris.
Upon receipt of the returned product, Cosmogonie Paris will process it within 3 to 15 working days and a confirmation email will be sent to the Customer.

I would like a refund. How to do ?
In order to be validated by our logistics partner, the returned items must not have been worn or washed, they must still be labeled and with their original packaging (box, plastic pouch, etc.) intact, otherwise they cannot be returned. accepted and returned to you.
Any item that has been offered as part of a promotional operation must be returned in the event of an order refund or exchange. For any new order, the product offered will be returned to you.
Once your return is received and accepted by our logistics partner, COSMOGONIE will reimburse you to the bank account used for payment.
I received a defective item. How to do ?
If you have received a non-compliant item, send us an e-mail (email@example.com). Please attach photos of the product and its defect, our team will respond to you as soon as possible!
You will be offered an exchange or refund.
